    These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all business dealings, proposals, quotations, presentations, communications, consultancy services, design services, engineering services, procurement, manufacturing, project execution, turnkey development, supply, installation, and other professional services provided by Zorawar Glamping ("the Company").
  • Nature of Business
    Zorawar Glamping is engaged in the planning, design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, consulting, project management, turnkey execution, supply, installation, and development of glamping infrastructure, eco-tourism projects, wellness destinations, luxury camps, modular structures, hospitality infrastructure, and related products and solutions. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the Company does not own, manage, operate, market, lease, or provide accommodation, hospitality, travel, tourism, event management, booking, or guest services at project sites developed for clients.
  • Information
    All information contained on this website, proposals, catalogues, presentations, brochures, drawings, specifications, renders, cost estimates, timelines, layouts, and project concepts is provided for general information only. The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, update, substitute, or withdraw any information without prior notice.
  • Proposals & Quotations
    All proposals, quotations, budgets, estimates, project schedules, specifications, and commercial offers are indicative unless specifically accepted through a duly executed written agreement. Prices remain subject to changes in market conditions, material costs, taxes, duties, transportation, currency fluctuations, statutory requirements, and project scope.
  • Intellectual Property
    All concepts, master plans, engineering drawings, architectural layouts, structural designs, manufacturing techniques, technical specifications, project methodologies, photographs, renderings, software, documentation, presentations, business models, branding, trademarks, and all other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Zorawar Glamping unless expressly assigned through a written agreement. No part may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.
  • Third-Party Products & Services
    The Company may procure or integrate products and services from third-party manufacturers, consultants, contractors, logistics providers, technology partners, or specialist vendors. The Company shall not be responsible for warranties, representations, delays, or obligations that are solely attributable to independent third parties, except to the extent expressly agreed in writing.
  • Project Execution
    Project execution schedules are based on assumptions existing at the time of contract execution and remain subject to site readiness, statutory approvals, client decisions, availability of utilities, force majeure events, material availability, logistics, and other factors beyond the Company's reasonable control.
  • Client Responsibilities
    Clients shall be responsible for providing timely approvals, access to project sites, statutory permissions (unless otherwise contracted), utilities, payments, technical information, and any other requirements necessary for project execution. Delays arising from the Client or third parties may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
  • Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of any engagement shall be limited to the value of the specific contract under which the claim arises.

    The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, production, anticipated savings, or any consequential commercial loss.
  • Force Majeure
    The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, labour shortages, transportation disruptions, pandemics, cyber incidents, supply chain interruptions, war, civil disturbances, or other force majeure events.
  • Confidentiality
    All technical information, commercial proposals, designs, pricing, business methodologies, and documentation shared by the Company are confidential and proprietary and shall not be disclosed, copied, or used without prior written authorization.
  • Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws governing the relevant transaction or contractual relationship. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions contained in the applicable agreement executed between the parties.
